BTE Luxe Co. – Terms of Service

Welcome to BTE Luxe Co. By booking or receiving services from us, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read carefully before proceeding with any purchase or service.

1. General Terms

1.1. BTE Luxe Co. provides premium automotive services including, but not limited to, vehicle detailing, window tinting, paint protection film (PPF) installation, and related automotive care.
1.2. All services are subject to technician availability, weather conditions (for mobile services), and any other unforeseen circumstances.
1.3. By booking with BTE Luxe Co., you confirm you are the owner of the vehicle or have the legal authority to authorize work on it.

2. Booking & Cancellations

2.1. A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
2.2. We require at least 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling or cancellations. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in loss of deposit or a cancellation fee.
2.3. Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may result in rescheduling at our discretion.

3. Service Conditions & Customer Responsibilities

3.1. The customer must disclose any pre-existing damage, prior film installations, repainting, or aftermarket modifications before work begins.
3.2. BTE Luxe Co. is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage, scratches, paint defects, or wear.

  • Any issues arising from undisclosed repairs or prior installations.

  • Damage caused by neglect, misuse, or lack of maintenance after services are completed.
    3.3. For PPF & tint installations, we cannot guarantee performance or longevity if the vehicle’s paint is in poor condition, improperly repaired, or has aftermarket coatings not disclosed before installation.

4. Warranty & Limitations

4.1. Warranty terms vary by service:

  • Window Tint: Lifetime warranty against bubbling, peeling, or fading (manufacturer’s coverage). Does not cover scratches, misuse, or damage caused by improper care.

  • PPF: Manufacturer’s warranty applies. Warranty does not cover rock chips beyond film protection limits, discoloration from chemicals, or impact damage.

  • Detailing: No warranty is offered on cleanliness due to environmental exposure post-service. 4.2. All warranty claims must be submitted with proof of service and within the manufacturer’s specified timeframe.

5. Payment Terms

5.1. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5.2. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit card, and e-transfer.
5.3. Unpaid balances may result in legal collection action and additional fees.

6. Liability

6.1. BTE Luxe Co. takes every precaution to protect your vehicle; however, we are not responsible for:

  • Mechanical or electrical failures occurring during or after service.

  • Damage resulting from pre-existing defects or structural weaknesses.
    6.2. Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

7. Privacy Policy

7.1. Customer information is collected solely for service delivery, billing, and communication purposes.
7.2. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties except as required by law.

8. Modifications to Terms

8.1. BTE Luxe Co. reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time.
8.2. The latest version will always be posted on our official website or provided upon request.

9. Governing Law

9.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta.
9.2. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Alberta, Canada.
